Baby Back Ribs
- 2 package fully cooked pork baby-back ribs in barbecue sauce
- 2 tbsp. scallions
- 1 tbsp. yellow mustard
- 1 tsp. hot red pepper sauce
- vegetable oil
- Wipe barbecue sauce from rib cracks reserving 1/3 cup of the sauce.
- Stir scallions, mustard, and hot sauce into reserved sauce.
- Prepare grill with a medium-high heat.
- Place rib racks on grill and cook 5 minutes per side, basting with reserved barbecue sauce mixture until well browned.
- Cut racks into ribs.
- Serve with grilled potato salad.
