Baby Back Ribs

  1. Wipe barbecue sauce from rib cracks reserving 1/3 cup of the sauce.
  2. Stir scallions, mustard, and hot sauce into reserved sauce.
  3. Prepare grill with a medium-high heat.
  4. Place rib racks on grill and cook 5 minutes per side, basting with reserved barbecue sauce mixture until well browned.
  5. Cut racks into ribs.
  6. Serve with grilled potato salad.
