Old Faithful Punch

  1. In a large bowl, whisk the bourbon with the elderflower liqueur and sugar until the sugar dissolves completely.
  2. Stir in the grapefruit juice, bitters and grapefruit zest and refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours.
  3. Stir in the sparkling water and garnish with the mint leaves.
  4. Ladle the punch into ice-filled punch cups.
