Pico De Gallo
- 5 whole On The Vine Tomatoes
- 3 whole Medium Jalapenos
- 1/4 whole Onion, Diced
- 1/2 heads Garlic (peeled And Diced)
- 1/2 bunches Cilantro (leaves Only)
- 2 whole Limes, Juiced
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1.
- Remove and discard the insides of the tomatoes and dice remaining outer pieces.
- 2.
- Remove and discard the seeds and the veins from the jalapenos and dice remaining pieces.
- 3.
- In large bowl, combine diced tomato and jalapeno with the remaining ingredients, the juice from the limes and salt and pepper to taste.
- 4.
- Cover and refrigerate and let the flavors blend together for several hours.
