Wild rice and cranberry salad
- 1 12 cups wild rice
- 1 cup barley
- 1 orange, zest of
- 14 cup orange juice (from the orange)
- 1 carrot, peeled and grated
- 1 12 cups dried cranberries
- 1 cup honey
- 12 cup olive oil
- 34 cup raspberry vinegar
- 4 green onion stems, chopped
- Cook wild rice and barley.
- rinse and cool.
- mix all ingredients.
- chill.
