Chicken Parmesan Subs
- 5 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Halves (cooked)
- 1 whole Jar Of Spaghetti Sauce (28 - 32 Ounce Jar)
- 6 whole 6" Hoagie Buns, Or 1 Large, Wide Loaf Of French Bread
- 1/4 cups Butter
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/4 cups (or More) Parmesan Cheese
- Notes: You can prepare the chicken breasts however you like baked, sauteed, rotisserie, etc.
- Leftover is perfect!
- You can use store bought spaghetti sauce if you are short on time.

- Chop cooked chicken breasts into small 1/2-inch pieces.
- Heat spaghetti sauce in saucepan and add chicken pieces.
- Cook until chicken is heated through.
- Slice hoagie buns or wide French bread in half.
- Press garlic clove through a garlic press or chop finely and add it to the butter.
- Mix until well incorporated.
- Spread garlic butter over bread.
- You may need to use more butter if you prefer.
- Preheat broiler.
- Place bread on a pan, cut side up, under broiler.
- Watch carefully and broil until golden and crunchy.
- Distribute the chicken mixture over bread.
- Top generously with cheeses.
- Return to oven and broil until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 3 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let set a few minutes.
- If you used French bread, slice into whatever size of serving you prefer.
- And chow down!
