Marinated Mushrooms
- 4 large field mushrooms
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons moroccan seasoning
- Peel and core mushrooms.
- Mix oil and seasoning together and spread over the gills of the mushrooms.
- Allow to marinate for 1/2 hour.
- Pan fry over medium heat to allow mushrooms to soften.
- Mushrooms to soften.
- Serve as desired.
