Salat Schussel (Salad Bowl) Recipe

  1. Arrange vegetables and fruit in large salad bowl.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients except lettuce; mix very thoroughly.
  3. Pour sufficient dressing over fruit and vegetables to moisten.
  4. Refrigerate1 hour.
  5. Just before serving, add in lettuce.
  6. Toss with salad.
  7. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
