Honey Dijon Salad
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1/2 cup dried cherries
- 2 tbsp honey dijon dressing (the recipe calls for 2, but I use more)
- 1/2 cup crushed Honey Dijon Kettle Brand Potato Chips
- Cut the base from the lettuce, wash the individual leaves and towel dry.
- Rip the leaves into bite size pieces.
- Toss with blue cheese, cherries and dressing.
- Sprinkle crushed potato chips over the finished salad.
