Black Eyed Pea Salad Recipe

  1. Cook peas as directed on package.
  2. Drain.
  3. Shake Italian dressing, sugar and crushed red pepper in tightly covered container.
  4. Combine cooked peas, dressing, celery, green pepper, red pepper, onions, parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Refrigerateand serve on lettuce.
  6. Yields 6 servings.
