White Wine Spritzer Recipe

• 4 ounces Chardonnay or other dry white wine
• 2 ounces cold club soda
• Twist of lemon peel

1. Pour the Chardonnay and club soda over ice in a chilled wineglass, and stir.
2. Garnish with lemon peel.
