BBQd Baba Ghanoush

  1. Cook eggplant on the BBQ grill until soft and charred.
  2. Let cool.
  3. Peel off skin, and put in a food processor with lemon juice, tahini, salt, and garlic.
  4. Process until smooth.
  5. Serve at room temperature or refrigerated.
  6. Great with pita bread!
