Sloppy Mac and Cheese!!
- 1 lb ground chuck
- 15 12 ounces sloppy joe sandwich sauce
- 1 12 cups shell macaroni
- 14 cup butter
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 14 cup flour
- 1 12 cups milk
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
- Set oven to 350.
- Spray an 8" casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Cook beef in skillet; drain.
- Add Manwich--heat til hot.
- Spoon into dish and set aside.
- Cook macaroni according to package directions--drain and set aside.
- Heat and stir butter, salt, pepper over med.
- heat.
- Stir in flour flour over low heat stirring constantly until mix is bubbly.
- Remove from heat--add milk.
- Heat to boiling for 1 minute stirring constantly.
- Add cheese.
- Stir til melted.
- Add mac to cheese mixture.
- Spoon on top of manwich.
- Bake in oven uncovered for 20 minutes.
