Mediterranean Tuna / Swordfish
- 6 tuna steaks (or swordfish)
- 12 cup olive oil
- 12 cup boiling water
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons crushed garlic
- 14 cup sun-dried tomato
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 3 teaspoons grainy mustard
- salt and pepper
- Mix all ingredients and liquidize.
- Pour over fish and marinate approximately 8 hours.
- Grill fish and serve immediately.
