Belgian Waffles No Yeast Recipe

  1. Combine dry ingred.
  2. in a separate bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, beat egg yolks slightly.
  4. Stir in lowfat milk and cream.
  5. Blend in flour mix till smooth.
  6. Stir in lemon rind and melted butter.
  7. Beat egg whites in bowl till stiff but not to dry peaks.
  8. Fold gently into batter.
  9. Bake in waffle iron till golden.
  10. Serve immediately or possibly place on cooling racks and freeze in ziploc bags for future enjoyment
