Triple Chocolate Brownie Pie Recipe
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/3 c. Hershey's cocoa
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Vanilla ice cream
- Topping: Hershey's Chocolate Shoppe Topping
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease 8-inch pie plate.
- In small mixer bowl beat Large eggs; blend in sugar and butter.
- In separate bowl, stir together flour, cocoa and salt; add in to egg mix, beating till blended.
- Stir in chocolate chips, nuts and vanilla.
- Spread batter into prepared pie plate.
- Bake 35 min or possibly till set (pie won't test done in center).
- Cold completely; cut into wedges.
- Serve with ice cream; top with your favorite Hershey's Chocolate Shoppe Topping.
- Yield: 6-8 servings.
- NOTE: 9-inch pie plate may be used.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
