Spiced Cider Sausages With Apple

• 6 -8 sausage
• 2 cooking onions, chopped
• 300 ml apple cider
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 12 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon chicken stock powder
• 2 apples, chopped (I like the skin removed)

1. Fry sausages until brown.
2. Add onions and fry.
3. Pour in cider.
4. Add sugar, cinnamon & stock powder.
5. Add apples.
6. Simmer until all liquid has gone and onion & apple has caramelised.
7. Serve with mashed potato.
