Guacamole Nachos

  1. Arrange corn chips on a serving platter.
  2. Top with salsa and sprinkle with cheese.
  3. Place under a hot grill and cook until golden brown.
  4. Serve with guacamole.
  5. GUACOMOLE: Combine Philly*, sour cream, avocado and lemon juice in a food processor until smooth.
  6. Fold through capsicum, spring onions, salt and pepper.
  7. Chill for 30 minutes or until firm.
