Fruit Pavlova
- 1 tablespoon fruit
- 1 tablespoon cream
- 1 meringue, nest
- Prepare the dish just before you are ready to eat it.
- Wash and drain the fresh fruit, or drain the canned fruit.
- Spread the ice cream over the meringue nests.
- Arrange the fresh or canned fruit carefully on top of the cream or ice cream.
- Decorate with a spoonful of thick cream.
- Serve at once.
