Italian Sausage Stew

  1. In a dutch oven crumble and cook sausage over medium heat until browned; drain.
  2. Add tomatoes, beef broth, beans, frozen vegetables and noodles.
  3. Bring to boiling.
  4. Stir and reduce heat to low.
  5. Cook 7-10 minutes until vegetables and noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.
  6. Sprinkle with shredded parmesan cheese.
