Simple and Sweet Pork
- 5 Pork Chops
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- Your Preferred Pork Seasoning, To Taste, If Desired
- 1/4 cups Ketchup
- 18 cups Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 cups Cane Or Karo Syrup
- 4 drops Worcestershire Sauce
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Pour olive oil into a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Once the oil is hot, add the pork and cook them until brown, about 3-5 minutes per side.
- You may add any other seasonings you like.
- While they are cooking, prepare the sauce.
- Simply mix the ketchup, apple cider vinegar, Karo syrup and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
- Sample the sauce and add/change it to your taste.
- My family likes it this way.
- I usually heat the sauce in the microwave for a minute and put the sauce on the table for everyone to pour over the meat as they prefer.
- When the chops are done, plate them and serve.
