Bernie's Grill's Marinated Vegetables Recipe

  1. To make marinade, whisk together oil, vinegar, mustard, garlic and pepper.
  2. Bring salted water to boil, add in veggies, cover and cook, 2 to 4 min, drain off water, cover with ice, and "shock" the veggies back to being cool.
  3. Drain veggies, add in to marinade, toss in marinade and cover, and chill for up to 7 days.
