Mussels Marinara
- 600 grams Mussels
- 50 grams Onions
- 1 clove Garlic
- 250 ml Cream
- 2 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 50 ml White wine
- 3 pinch Chives
- 1/2 Lemon
- Saut?
- onions, garlic till coloured
- Add the mussels and then add the white wine, place another pan on top to steam the mussels and reduce the alcohol
- Add the cream and reduce down again
- When reduced pour the mussels and sauce into a bowl with a squeeze of lemon and pinch of salt pep and chives
