Chocolate Truffles with Fleur de Sel

  1. Microwave chocolates and butter in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 min.
  2. or until butter is melted, stirring after 1 min.
  3. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  4. Add whipping cream and vanilla; mix well.
  5. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
  6. Shape teaspoonfuls of the chocolate mixture into 36 balls.
  7. Sprinkle evenly with fleur de sel; press gently into top of each truffle to secure.
