Chocolate Truffles with Fleur de Sel
- 1-1/2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate (6 oz.), broken into pieces
- 2 oz. BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate, broken into pieces
- 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 tsp. fleur de sel
- Microwave chocolates and butter in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 min.
- or until butter is melted, stirring after 1 min.
- Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
- Add whipping cream and vanilla; mix well.
- Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
- Shape teaspoonfuls of the chocolate mixture into 36 balls.
- Sprinkle evenly with fleur de sel; press gently into top of each truffle to secure.
