Sausage Apple Balls Recipe

• 1 pound pork sausage
• 3 c. biscuit mix
• 1 c. raisins, minced
• 1 c. grated unpeeled apple
• 1/2 c. minced walnuts
• 1/2 teaspoon apple pie spice

1. Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
2. Shape into 1 inch balls.
3. Place on ungreased baking sheets; bake at 350 degrees for 20 min or possibly till lightly browned.
4. Yield: about 4 1/2 dozen.
