Tomato-Pineapple Salsa
- 1/2 cups Diced White Onion
- 1 whole Jalapeno, Stem And Seeds Removed
- 1/4 cups Diced Cilantro
- 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Diced Del Monte Green Pepper And Onion Tomatoes
- 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Diced Tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoons Chopped Garlic
- 1/2 teaspoons Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1/2 cups Crushed Pineapple
- 1.
- Dice up the onion, jalapeno and cilantro.
- 2.
- Toss it all in the blender.
- 3.
- Add your cans of diced tomatoes.
- 4.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon of garlic, 1/2 teaspoon of white sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper.

- Give everything a quick blend.
- 6.
- Add 1/2 cup of crushed pineapple 7.
- Another quick blend.
- 8.
- Pour into a container and chill in fridge until youre ready to serve.
