Bbq Beef Brisket Recipe
- 3 lb Beef Brisket, (up to 4)
- 2 Tbsp. Liquid Smoke
- 1 tsp Garlic salt 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 2 tsp Worcestershire
- 2 tsp Celery seed
- 1 c. Barbecue sauce
- 2 tsp Grnd pepper
- Preparation : Cover both sides of brisket with Liquid Smoke, garlic, onion, celery seed and Worcestershire sauce.
- Wrap in foil and place in crock pot.
- Cook on low for 8-10 hrs.
- Remove and slice across grain.
- Return to pot, add in barbecue sauce and cook 1 hour.
