Clean Veggie Burguer

  1. Steam vegetables until done.
  2. Remove from the container where they were baked and pass them to a bowl.
  3. Mash the vegetables, add salt & pepper and spice to taste.
  4. It is time to add all the flavor with sauces and spices.
  5. Now, grab balls of the "puree" and shaped them the way you want for your burgers with the help of the breadcrumbs.
  6. Flat the balls in the baking tray on baking paper.
  7. Insert the tray into the oven on broil function for 10 to 15 minutes per side.
  8. And that's all!!
