Chicken or Turkey Salad With Cranberry Dressing
- 4 cups diced chicken (or use turkey leftovers)
- 12 cup celery, chopped
- 12 cup seedless grapes, cut in half
- 12 cup light mayonnaise
- 12 cup light sour cream
- 14 cup pecans, chopped
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 34 cup salad oil
- 14 cup vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 12 teaspoon paprika
- 14 teaspoon dry mustard
- 12 cup jellied cranberry sauce
- For the salad: combine all ingredients reserving the chopped pecan for garnishing the top of the salad when served individually.
- Chill before serving.
- For the cranberry dressing: blend all ingredients until smooth using food processor, blender or mixer.
- Pour over individual servings of salad.
