Pork Chops with Apple Cider Sauce

  1. Heat 1 Tbsp.
  2. oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add chops; cook 4 to 5 min.
  4. on each side or until done (145 degrees F).
  5. Transfer chops to plate, reserving drippings in skillet; cover chops to keep warm.
  6. Add remaining oil, apples, onions and dressing; cook and stir 1 min.
  7. Cover; cook 4 min., stirring occasionally.
  8. Stir in cider, cream and thyme.
  9. Cook on medium heat 2 min., stirring frequently.
  10. Mix cornstarch and water until blended; stir into mixture in skillet.
  11. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly; cook and stir 1 min.
  12. Add chops to skillet; cook 1 min.
  13. or until heated through.
