Sangria Blanca
- 1 (750 ml) bottle Portuguese Vinho Verde
- 3/4 cup simple syrup (page 154)
- 3/4 cup Massenez creme de peche
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 cup seeded and cubed cantaloupe
- 1 cup sliced peaches
- 1 cup green grapes, halved
- 1 cup red grapes, halved
- Combine the wine, syrup, creme de peche, and juice in a large bowl until well mixed.
- Add the fruits and refrigerate overnight.
- Serve from pitchers filled with lots of ice.
