Easy Sausage and Pasta Soup

  1. Remove casings from sausage, if necessary.
  2. Crumble sausage into large saucepan; cook on medium heat 5 min.
  3. or until evenly browned, stirring frequently.
  4. Add dressing and onions; cook and stir 5 min.
  5. or until onions are tender.
  6. Add broth and water; stir.
  7. Bring to boil; cover.
  8. Simmer on medium-low heat 25 min., adding pasta after 10 min.
  9. Stir in spinach and cheese; cook 1 min.
  10. or just until spinach is wilted.
  11. Serve topped with croutons.
