Easy Sausage and Pasta Soup
- 1/2 lb. (225 g) Italian sausage
- 1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 1-1/2 cups ditalini pasta, uncooked
- 4 cups tightly packed baby spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese
- 1/2 cup croutons
- Remove casings from sausage, if necessary.
- Crumble sausage into large saucepan; cook on medium heat 5 min.
- or until evenly browned, stirring frequently.
- Add dressing and onions; cook and stir 5 min.
- or until onions are tender.
- Add broth and water; stir.
- Bring to boil; cover.
- Simmer on medium-low heat 25 min., adding pasta after 10 min.
- Stir in spinach and cheese; cook 1 min.
- or just until spinach is wilted.
- Serve topped with croutons.
