Pizza Hot Dish (Weight Watchers) Recipe

  1. Broil meat to desired doneness.
  2. Combine meat, green pepper, onion, and spices with tomato sauce.
  3. Simmer 15 min over low heat.
  4. Cook, rinse and drain noodles.
  5. Place in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan, sprayed with Pam.
  6. Pour meat sauce over noodles.
  7. Sprinkle cheeses.
  8. Arrange mushrooms.
  9. Cover with foil.
  10. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min.
  11. Cold 10 min.
  12. Cut into 8 sections.
  13. Each section equals: 4 proteins, 1/4 vegetable, 1 bread, 37 optional calories.
