Pork and Purslane in Spicy Green Salsa

  1. Cook ribs in half the dressing in large deep skillet or Dutch oven on medium-high heat 4 min.
  2. on each side or until browned on both sides.
  3. Remove ribs from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  4. Combine remaining dressing and cubed pork in skillet; cook and stir 4 min.
  5. or until pork is evenly browned on both sides.
  6. Remove pork from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  7. Stir in onions; cook and stir 5 min.
  8. Add ribs, pork loin, salsa and water; cover.
  9. Simmer on medium-low 1 hour.
  10. Add purslane and ham; cook, covered, 15 min.
  11. or until rib meat is tender.
