Spiced Pineapple Syrup

  1. Combine ingredients in a small saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil, then let cool, cover and steep overnight.
  3. Strain the syrup into a jar, cover and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
  4. Makes about 10 ounces.

pineapple juice, sugar, whole cloves, allspice, black peppercorns, vanilla bean
