Holiday Relish Recipe

  1. Put water and cranberries in saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil; cook till skins pop.
  3. Turn off heat; drain.
  4. Add in remaining ingredients.
  5. Stir to combine.
  6. Refrigerateprior to serving.
  7. Yield: 9 (1/2 c.) servings.
  8. Exchanges: 1/2 fruit and 1 fat.
  9. Calories: 65.
  10. 100 g = 5 cholesterol, 0 protein, 5 fat.
  11. Low sodium (3-4 gm Na) : OK. Low cholesterol: OK
