White Bottom-Chocolate Mint Cream Pie

  1. Microwave chocolate and butter in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min.
  2. or until butter is melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  3. Drizzle over bottom of crust.
  4. Beat pudding mix, milk and mint extract with whisk 2 min.
  5. ; pour over chocolate in crust.
  6. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  7. Top with COOL WHIP just before serving.
