Big D Ranch Burgers

  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Cook and stir onions and pepper strips in hot oil in skillet on medium heat until crisp-tender.
  3. Stir in steak sauce and horseradish.
  4. Remove from heat; cover to keep warm.
  5. Meanwhile, shape meat into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  6. Grill patties 4 to 5 min.
  7. on each side or until done (160 degrees F).
  8. Fill rolls with burgers and vegetable mixture.
