mushroom stroganoff

  1. cook noodles as directed on box,drain, don't rinse
  2. in a large skillet,melt butter over med heat.
  3. add onion,and cook,stirring until softened.turn heat up to med- high,and add the mushrooms.
  4. cook until soft and browned.
  5. on low heat add your broth,sour cream, and goat cheese.
  6. simmer for 10- 15 min.
  7. season with salt n pepper to taste.
  8. add parsley right before serving.
  9. pour your sauce over the noodles,and stir until blended.
  10. Enjoy!
