Tricia's Potato Salad
- 6 -8 baking potatoes, cubed
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 14 cup cubed sweet pickles or 14 cup dill pickle
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 12 cup celery, chopped finely
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 14 teaspoon dill weed
- 12 cup mayonnaise
- 18 cup mustard
- bacon bits (optional)
- Boil potatoes until tender.
- Mix together with remaining ingredients.
- Adjust mayonnaise and mustard to taste.
