Pink Lemonade
- 2 c. lemon juice
- 6 c. water
- 1 c. superfine sugar (see Note below)
- 2 tbsp. grape juice
- To prepare a 2-quart pitcher, mix the lemon juice with the water and sugar, and stir in the grape juice for just the right shade of pale pink.
- Fill with ice.
- Chill and serve.Note: For the best results, use fresh-squeezed lemons.
- About 6 medium lemons produce about 1 cup of juice.
