Bread Pudding With Raisins Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix bread cubes and raisins in 1 1/2-qt baking dish.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients.
  4. Pour over bread and raisins; stir.
  5. Set dish in shallow pan on oven rack.
  6. Pour warm water in pan to depth of 1 inch.
  7. Bake 45-55 min or possibly till knife inserted in pudding comes out clean.
  8. 1/2 c. serving = 1/2 bread, 1/2 lowfat milk, 1/2 fat, 1 fruit
