Instant Peach Sorbet

• 1 (16 ounce) bagfrozen peach slices
• 12 cup superfine sugar
• 14 cup lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons amaretto liqueur

1. In a food processor, combine peaches, sugar, lemon juice, amaretto and 1/4 cup water.
2. Puree until smooth.
3. Serve immediately or store in a covered container in the freezer.
