Barbecued Brisket

  1. Place brisket in covered pan with aluminum foil or lid with sauce mixture of 1/2 cup water, 1/4 cup cider vinegar, 1/4 cup catsup, 1/4 cup syrup, and 2 tbsp salad oil.
  2. Bake in 225F oven for 8 hours.
  3. Mix barbecue sauce and serve warm over sliced brisket.
