Minestrone

  1. Heat oil and cook the onion, garlic and bacon until browned.
  2. Add tomato, parsley, stock and red wine.
  3. Simmer.
  4. Add carrot, potato, and tomato puree.
  5. Simmer.
  6. Add peas and pasta.
  7. Simmer until pasta and vegetables are tender.
  8. Season to taste.
