Crock Pot Kinda Cassoulet
- 2 bone in chicken breasts
- 14 cup flour
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 14 lb turkey sausage
- 2 shallots, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 12 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 1 (19 ounce) can white kidney beans
- 18 cup dry red wine
- Brown sausage in oil, then remove sausage from pan and slice
- Dredge chicken in flour and brown in same oil
- Add chicken, shallots, garlic, herbs and seasonings to crock pot
- Top with beans and sliced sausage
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until chicken is tender.
