- 2 zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup whole ripe pitted black olives
- 1 red onion, sliced

- 2 cups grated Cracker Barrel Mozzarella Cheese
- Kraft Calorie-Wise Peppercorn Ranch Dressing
- ARRANGE radicchio leaves on a large platter.
- Top with Romaine then arrange vegetables and cheese over lettuces.
