Littlemafia's Chili Dipping Sauce

• 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
• 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh chili peppers
• 14 cup soy sauce
• 14 cup white vinegar
• 34 cup water
• 2 tablespoons thinly sliced scallions

1. Combine all ingredients except scallions in a blender and mix until smooth.
2. Pour in individual dipping bowls and garnish with scallions.
