Oriental Salad with Chicken

• 6 -8 cups mixed salad greens
• 1 1/2 cup cooked chicken(I used leftover fried chicken from the night before)
• 1 can (14oz)mandarin oranges in water drained but reserve 3 tbsp juice.
• 1/2 cup snow peas, trimmed and cut in half
• 1/2 cup chow mein noodles
• 6 tbsp of your favorite sesame oriental dressing mixed with reserved mandarin juice

1. Add all to a large salad bowl and toss well.
2. Serve!
