Hamburger - Onion Pie

• 1 cup biscuit baking mix (bisquick)
• 13 cup cream light
• 1 pound ground beef
• 2 each onions
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon monosodium glutamate
• 2 tablespoons biscuit baking mix (bisquick)
• 2 large eggs
• 1 cup cottage cheese
• 1 x paprika as needed

1. Heat oven to 375F (190C).
2. Mix bisquick with cream with hands, knead gently 10 times.
3. Roll dough to fit 9 inch pie plate.
4. Saute beef and onion in frypan, add next four ingredients mix well & put in pie plate.
5. Beat eggs slightly and blend in cottage cheese.
6. Pour over meat, sprinkle with paprika and bake 30 minutes.
