Greek-Style Burritos

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken; cook 6 min.
  4. or until done, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Add rice and lemon zest; mix lightly.
  7. Spread tortillas with hummus; top with chicken mixture, cheese and spinach.
  8. Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up burrito style.
  9. Place, seam sides down, in single layer in casserole.
  10. Bake 20 min.
  11. or until heated through; top with yogurt and tomatoes.
